SurePass provides digital examination preparation services, including online mock tests, timed simulation engines, performance analytics, and downloadable revision summaries for NISM, NCFM, and financial certification programs.

Upon successful completion of payment through our authorized payment gateway partners (such as Razorpay), access to your purchased course package(s) is activated automatically in your SurePass account.

In rare situations involving intermittent bank server delays, UPI network reconciliation, or high traffic on payment aggregators, access activation may take up to 15 to 30 minutes for background webhook synchronization.

• No Shipping or Handling Charges: Since all materials are hosted and accessed online, there are no delivery fees, postage costs, or handling surcharges applicable to any order.
• No Physical Logistics: We do not dispatch printed books, question booklets, pen drives, or CD-ROMs via courier or postal mail.
• Global 24/7 Availability: As long as you have an active internet connection and modern web browser, you can log in and take your practice tests anywhere in India or abroad.

Delivery of your digital subscription is deemed complete and verified when:

1. An order confirmation screen is presented with your unique Order ID and payment summary.
2. An automated order confirmation and tax invoice are emailed to your registered email address.
3. The purchased practice modules become unlocked and playable inside your user account under “My Enrolled Exams”.

If your bank or payment app has deducted the funds but your course materials do not unlock immediately, please execute the following steps:

If your course is still not accessible after 15 minutes, please immediately reach out to our support team with your payment transaction ID / screenshot. We guarantee manual fulfillment or reconciliation within 2 to 4 business hours.
